| The Mississippi Fairgrounds wants to make sure your visit to the State Fair is a memorable and safe experience. We are using State Department of Health guidelines to help protect our guests from COVID-19. Below are a list of protective measures we plan to take: |
We will encourage 6 feet social distancing. Footprint markers will be placed at food locations. Seating for concerts will be spaced for distancing.
We will place hand sanitizer stations around restrooms and high traffic areas.
We will limit indoor occupancy to 25% of its seating capacity.
Masks and gloves will be encouraged for guests but not required. All fair employees and vendors will be required to have PPE when serving the public.
We will increase our cleaning rotation for high touch surfaces. These include door handles, restrooms, countertops and amusement rides.
If you have a fever, cough, upset stomach, or shortness of breath, please stay home.
