Booking Policy
Tentative dates requested by potential lessees will be held for two (2) weeks after which time the Director, State Fairgrounds Complex, reserves the right to book another event on the date being held. Those desiring the dates to be held more than two (2) weeks should provide a written request to the Director and upon receipt will be granted up to a two (2) week extension. When contract is requested by Lessee, tentative dates will then receive the status of “firm”.
If contract and deposit are not returned within two (2) weeks from date of mailing by the Director, the date will be released.
