Laws – Central Market Board

Created by Mississippi Code Annotated Section 69-7-101, the Central Market Board was designed to assist in the sale and disposal of farm products in the state. Effective July 1, 2021 the powers and responsibilities of the Central Market Board were transferred to the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce.
