Regulation of Professional Services
Sections 69-19-1 through 69-19-11 (PDF) Persons receiving fees for performing work related to entomology, plant pathology, horticulture, tree surgery, weed control, pest-management consultant services and professional soil classification are required to be licensed to protect the citizens of this state from fraudulent practices.
